Thank you to everyone who participated in our community survey about the upcoming Volunteer Program.
Your feedback has helped shape the final direction for Spring 2026. Here’s a snapshot of what we heard:
Overall Support
Nearly all respondents (100%) agreed that the proposed volunteer fee and hours were reasonable
for both Upper and Lower Divisions.

Based on this feedback, LMLL will:
Move forward with the updated Volunteer Program for Spring 2026. The program balances league operational funds with active volunteer participation
Leverage the top feedback themes to guide decision making for Spring 2026 and beyond, including experience improvements and funding prioritization
Financial transparency: Your registration fees cover league operational costs only
(fields, umpires, insurance, uniforms, snack bar). All facility improvements and “good-to-have” projects
are funded separately through sponsorships and fundraising.
