When does Spring season registration occur?
Online Registration Dates: 10/27/18 to 01/19/19
$20 discount Early-bird Registration: 10/27 through 12/1(excluding T-Ball)

Additional walk-up dates are as follows:
November 17th at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm
December 1st at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm
December 15th at Sunset Park 10am- 1pm
January 19th at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm

If I registered online, how do I provide you with the required documents? 
Some documents may be uploaded online during the registration process however the Player Agent will be accepting documents at all of the walk-up registration days as follows: 
November 17th at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm
December 1st at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm
December 15th at Sunset Park 10am- 1pm
January 19th at Sunset Park 10am - 1pm

What are the required documents for registration?

How old does my child need to be to play?

"Little League age" is determined by Little League International.  A player's age is determined by the age they will be on or before April 30th of the spring season. This is called their "league age."

Divisions:
Tee ball consists mainly of 4, 5 and 6 year olds;
CAPS consist mainly of 7 and 8 years olds with some 9 years olds;
Minors consist mainly of 9 and 10 year olds with some 8 and 11 year olds;
Majors consist mainly of 11 and 12 year olds with some 10 year olds.

We want your player to have fun and succeed, so the division of play is adjustable depending on their skill and/or experience. Some like to stay an extra year in a lower division and others like to try out for an older division.

What are the registration fees before discounts?
T-Ball - $100
Caps - $180
Minors - $180
Majors - $180

What discounts are available?
$20 Early-bird discount (excluding T-Ball) available from 10/27/2018 - 12/01/2018
$10 discount for each additional family member
$50 discount for each player that brings in a $200+ sponsor for the season. Visit the Sponsorship page for additional details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
If you register online you may pay with Visa or Mastercard.  At Walk-Up Registration days we will accept cash, check or card payments. 

Who can join Lake Murray Little League?
Your child may play for Lake Murray Little League if you live within the Little League district boundaries for our league or if they attend Murray Manor Elementary School or Maryland Avenue Elementary School.

I'm presented with multiple division options for registration. Which division should I choose?
We want your player to have fun and succeed, so the division of play is adjustable depending on their skill and/or experience. Some like to stay an extra year in a lower division and others like to try out for an older division.

Divisions:

Does my child need to tryout? When will evaluations/tryouts be held?
Assessments are held for all divisions except T-Ball. Spring 2019 baseball assessments are tentatively scheduled for January 19th, 2019 at Sunset Field (Times TBD) 

Lake Murray Little League Field Locations

When will I be contacted by my new team manager? 

Managers will announce their teams at Cap Night. They will then break out with their individual teams to discuss specifics about the upcoming season. 
Cap Night is tentatively scheduled for the evening of Tuesday January 22nd.

When will practices start? Where? 
Practices will begin the week following Cap Night (January 22nd, 2019). T-Ball and Caps teams practice at Jackson Park Fields and Minors and Majors practice at Sunset Field.

When will games begin? Where? 
Opening Day is scheduled for February 23rd, 2019 at Sunset Field. Games will be played from February through June.

What Equipment does my child need?
That's a common question asked by many parents and players entering Little League for the first time. 

Players will need to provide their own:

Baseball pants and belts (color of each is decided by coach) 
T-ball players will need to buy socks because are a part of the 2019 Future Padres Program that provides jerseys only. (Caps, Majors, and Minors will also get socks with their team shirt.)
Rubber molded cleats
Protective cups for all male players above the Tee Ball division
Approved Batting Helmet (optional, but recommended)
Bat (optional). Must be a USA Baseball approved bat. See our Safety page for details.
